Your ideas are important to us. If you have a suggestion for new or improved design or functionality in a Palm product, or if you have a recommendation on how to improve a Palm service, please complete our feature request form.

We normally don’t send replies to feature requests. We do, however, read each message and we use the information to make enhancements.

You warrant that no other person, corporation or other entity has a property interest in the idea. You understand and acknowledge that Palm may itself be developing and creating similar ideas, and/or that Palm may have received or may someday receive similar ideas from others, and that existing or planned products and services independently developed without use of your idea may be similar or identical to the idea that you submit. You acknowledge and agree that your submission of your idea shall not preclude Palm from developing any product or service without attribution, obligation or compensation to you. By submitting the idea, you agree to assign, and do assign, all right, title and interest in the idea and any intellectual property in the idea to Palm without attribution, obligation or compensation to you. In the event that by operation of law you retain any right, title or interest relating to the idea, by submitting the idea you also grant to Palm a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to make, use, sell, offer to sell, import, export, distribute, perform, display, reproduce, make derivative works of, license, sublicense, disclose, and otherwise exploit and dispose of the idea and its contents for any purpose and in any way without attribution, obligation or compensation to you.

By providing Palm your information and continuing, you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions as well as Palm’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
